Questions
How do you count the boxes?
We take your wall’s area, add 10% for tiles cut at the edges and the odd breakage, and divide by the area one box of your design covers, rounding up to a whole box.
Do hexagons fit a straight wall edge?
Not without cutting: along the top, bottom and sides the hexagons are cut to the wall’s edge, which is what the extra 10% covers. Walls with many corners or openings may need a little more.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes. Prices include all taxes, and we issue a GST invoice on request.
Can I return tiles?
Goods once sold can’t be returned, except a damaged or broken piece. Read the full policy.
