Bonded foam is made from foam pieces pressed together into a dense, springy sheet. Laid between two hard layers, it breaks the direct contact, so less vibration gets through.
Use it under a floor, or as a backing layer with mass loaded vinyl in a wall or ceiling.
Good to know: bonded foam reduces sound passing between rooms. It won't reduce echo inside the room. For that, add our panels.
