Wood Wool Board
Quiet, by design.
Numobel Acoustics Wood Wool: 2400 × 600 mm acoustic boards, 25 mm thick, of long wood fibres bonded with cement, in 22 colours. The fibres, 65% wood from sustainable plantations and 35% Portland cement, mineralise into a hard-wearing board with an open, woven face that soaks up echo. It needs no chemical binders, resists rot, fungus and moisture, and is fire rated Class 0 (BS 476 Part 6). Fix it flat for NRC 0.40, or over a 50 mm air gap for NRC 0.90, on walls and ceilings in offices, schools, gyms, restaurants, auditoriums and covered outdoor spaces. Custom colours on request.

- Two of the oldest building materials: long wood fibres mineralised and bonded with cement, which gives the raw, woven texture.
- Wood only from sustainable plantations; made without chemical binders or adhesives.
- Resists rot, fungi and harsh conditions, and takes up little moisture, so it suits humid rooms and covered outdoor areas.
- Buffers humidity and heat: it takes up moisture and warmth from the air and gives them back slowly.
- Fix flat to walls and ceilings, or over a 50 mm air gap to more than double the absorption.

Numobel products are shipped via courier cargo within India. International shipments are possible via DHL for small size panels; all other volumes can be shipped by sea.
